I faced multiple issues during my stay at the hotel. The bathroom in my room had mold, which was incredibly off-putting and made me question the cleanliness. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed, causing long wait times for service at both the restaurant and reception, which left me feeling very frustrated.

Tales from the unexpected
We had stunning views of the marina from our spacious room. The pool was a beautiful retreat, perfect for unwinding. While the staff were friendly, the overall maintenance could use improvement. Basic dining options left something to be desired, yet the experience of sun and sea was rejuvenating.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend breather in Pacific Harbour with a good price-quality ratio. The staff were quite friendly, although they seemed overwhelmed at times. Don't expect much from the food options. they're pretty limited.

The Pearl Resort provides an unforgettable experience diving with sharks, a once-in-a-lifetime thrill. Our family was enamored with the beautiful beach and enjoyed exploring the nearby rainforest, ending with refreshing swims in crystal-clear pools. The staff were amazing, and we loved our spacious room with breathtaking views.
My kids wished for more activities specifically tailored for families. A playroom would be ideal to keep the little ones entertained and engaged during our downtime.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful ocean view from our room and relaxing by the lovely pool. The spa services were so refreshing, with a great massage and the beach access made it easy to unwind. The only minor hiccup was the breakfast options being a bit limited, but overall, it didn't dampen our experience. 🌊

While the resort has a beautiful beachfront location and friendly staff, the overall experience was less than ideal. Rooms could use better maintenance, and the dining options felt overpriced with limited variety. Service at times was slow, but some activities were enjoyable and the kids loved the pool.

fantastic beach access near diving centers and cafes
i truly appreciated the fantastic beach access and the lovely view over the marina from my spacious room, which made for a perfect backdrop to my weekend explorations, and though it would be nice to see improved cleanliness in common areas, the beauty of the surroundings kept me enchanted during my stay.
